This wine is grown in gravelly soil, before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with no additions of sulfur. The cloudy peach-colored wine is surprising, with ample energy and buoyancy. The aromatics jump out of the glass, showing off big citrus, summer flowers and subtle notes of sweet spice and salinity. The wine is equal parts interesting and quaffable. Enjoy however and whenever.
