Grapes for this wine are grown in sandy clay soil that is rich with limestone. Fruit is hand-harvested, before vinification in stainless steel vats. Bottled early, 6 months after the harvest. The color of this wine is clear and brilliant. A very intense nose of flowers, white peach and pear. On the palate, aromas are expressed with balance and an amazing freshness. A great example of Rhone white, single varietal Viognier.
