Primarily the indigneous Nero di Troia grape, but importantly blended with the aromatic Aletico grape that gives the wine a purple flower and racy raspberry tone. A beautiful wine, great for fans of mineral rosé, sour beers or cranberry kombucha. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, and bottled with no additions.
