Very pale yellow colour with green glints; complex nose with delicious bouquets of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), of fruits (peaches) and white flowers. On the palate, straight attack and a lot of freshness and acidity; a very harmonious wine with good persistence. A lovely wine. From one of the last family-owned sparkling wine houses in the South of France.
