The Bakari Pinot Grigio is farmed biodynamically in Veneto. It undergoes 3 hours of maceration before going into spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, it is aged in stainless steel, left unfiltered, and seeing minimal sulfuring.
