Agricola Cirelli is a certified-organic farm high up in the mountains in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Francesco Cirelli bought the land in 2003, right after his graduation from university; he is now ably assisted by his fiancée, Michela. His Pecorino, done entirely in stainless steel, is dry and minerally, with elegant floral aromatics, well-structured and refreshing.
