This blend by craft distiller High West uses bourbons aged from 2 to 13 years. The nose brings light caramel and sweet vanilla. The palate is rich and earthy with well-balanced flavors of candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits, with a finish of vanilla with a hint of caramel apple. This works great in cocktails but has enough complexity to stand on its own.
