While many distilleries start with bourbon and make rye as an afterthought, for Redemption it's the reason they're here: to return rye to the prominence it had in the 1800s. It delivers beautiful flavored rye spice with light floral and citrus notes. A slight mint finish makes this great for sipping or mixing in a classic cocktail. (Think a Manhattan, Old Fashioned or Sazerac).
