Towering over the town of Chavignol, the Monts Damnes vineyard (farmed organically since 1990) has a perfect southerly exposure and receives extra sunlight reflected off the pure "terres blances" limestone soils that gives this Sancerre the extra "oomph" that puts it in a class of its own.
