Eric Guyard is the seventh-generation vigneron of this estate, where they have been in organic conversion since 2014. All the wines are certified. This wine has a beautiful shiny pale yellow color and on the nose, reveals delicate woody notes. On the palate, the wine is fruit-forward, with a beautiful balance and elegant texture. We recommend serving it fresh, paired with fish, roasted chicken or veal.
