This is a creation of Jess Graber, who first created Stranahan's. It's a blend of two American whiskeys aged in charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey and then cut with Rocky Mountain water. A nose of ginger snaps and pepper leads to a palate of rye spice, caramel and cinnamon.
