You’ll want to savor the taste of this premium high-rye single barrel again and again. It’s complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth, with a delicate, long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. Expect hints of dried spice, pear, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup on the nose and a robust palate that hints at ripe plum and cherries. A terrific bourbon for this price range.
