Distiller Martin Miller sought to make gin that "tasted of gin" and not, as he put it, like "some highly flavoured confection." An emphasis on the spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg harnessed to a higher strength make this a great choice for martinis and other cocktails. Voted the ‘World’s Best Gin’ by The Drinks Report in 2016.
