Brand owner August Sebastiani took inspiration from relatives in Italy for this Tuscany-style gin. They distill the gin five times and then filter it five times for maximum purity, then they add juniper, cucumber, sage, lemon and lavender. Look for an underpinning of cucumber on the nose and palate, with crisp citrus and a zing of juniper.
