Pedro Hernández, a ninth-generation Maestro Mezcalero made this organic Mezcal using only carefully selected 10-12 year old agaves. His products are handmade in small batches. El Silencio Joven has aromas of sundried vegetables, leather, dried fruit, and sweet smoke. It tastes of white pepper, jasmine, and fennel, and it has a slightly charred finish.
