This is the first rye in Pinhook's series that follows one batch of barrels, releasing a new bottling from it every year. This one is aged four years at 97 proof and has aromas of tangerine peel, cinnamon stick, and toffee, which transition to a palate of dried apricot, molasses, toasted cedar and clove. Grab a bottle every year and you'll have a cool vertical tasting.
