Puntagave's premium mezcals are produced by Patricio Hernandez in Santiago Matalan using copper pot stills. This mezcal has notes of moderate oak and sweet agave with complex aromas of fresh green vegetables and touches of pepper. It has a long viscous finish with lasting oak and notes of cedar.
