Viña Única Chardonnay was made with grapes from our vineyard, located in the exceptional Gualtallary area in the heart of the Uco Valley. It ferments in French oak barrels, with native yeasts then ages in the same barrels resulting in a fresh, vertical and long wine, with low impact of wood.
This is an elegant Chardonnay, with mineral character. Fresh in the mouth and soft.
