This is a Jim Beam classic. Dark char notes and medium-high spiced notes take over the aroma along with apple and dark caramel. Bittersweet notes come along on the palate with vanilla, baking spices and menthol. Again the bittersweet flavors come through on the finish. Serve this with a giant ice cube or as an Old Fashioned.
