Cacique Maravilla is a 7th generation winemaker, making wine naturally, just the way his ancestors did. This Pipeño is made from 100% País, the local name for the Mission grape originally brought to the new world from Spain. Hand-harvested grapes pressed through a traditional zarande that also acts as de-stemmer, natural yeast fermentation in open wooden vats.
