An exciting and complex co-fermented fruit wine of 25% organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 75% Biodynamic Pears, barrel-aged for 10 months. Dry and a little funky enjoy it with a cheese platter or a salad of spicy greens and roasted root vegetables!
