Made from old vines in a single vineyard in the fabled Loire Valley in France. Selective handpicking for intact non-botrytised grapes yields a wine of pure clean highly crisp Chenin expression. Aging is done in oak barrels, 20% of which are new. A full bodied but mineral driven wine it tastes of Bosch pears and yellow apples with hints of smoked wood.
