There is nice concentration here and sappy, crunchy redcurrant and wild strawberry fruit on the nose with a light touch of cacao and anise. The palate is charming and unpretentious, cherry and red berry fruits jostling with spice and earth notes. A real Gevrey that can be enjoyed quite early but will develop more nuances over the next seven years.
