The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons bursts with aromas of citrus blossom, apples, fresh pastry and dried white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and elegantly fleshy, with a textural attack, an open and expressive core and a nicely defined finish. This will drink well young.
