Lighter bodied, dry. Flavors of ambient yeasts and earth come through on the nose of this unfiltered wine. Wild bramble berries abound on the palate before a finish of high acidity and crunchy fruit. Pair with charcuterie, sausage, picnic foods, or enjoy alone as an aperitif.
