The 2019 Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru has an expressive lemon sherbet nose with orange pith and touches of mandarin. The palate is fresh and linear on the entry, delivering modest depth and a saline finish. 2019 was another warm year in Chablis and coupled with very little rain, it reduced yields in the 1er and grand cru vineyards by 40%. Piuze is excited about the quality.
