The bouquet is pure and already very expressive, delivering scents of apple, lemon, beeswax, a fine base of chalky soil tones, white flowers and lemon peel. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and rock solid at the core, with lovely focus and backend mineral drive, bright acids and impressive grip on the long and energetic finish.
