Vincent Paris's Cornas Granit 60 is a regal beauty even at this young age. The nose shows a subtle smokiness, olives, grilled herbs, black pepper, and bacon fat enveloping black plum and blueberry fruit. There's a lovely give and take on the palate between intense minerality and a fresh, dense dark fruit core which still remains tightly coiled at this stage of the wine's life.
