Tinto Bom is Biodynamic and made with indigenous Tinta Nacional that is steel-fermented with wild yeasts to achieve a light fizz. Dry, & medium-body, with light effervescence. Dark purple color in the glass followed by dense red/black fruit on the nose. The palate shows cherry, earth, blackberry, tobacco, and leather. Finishes with good tannin and acidity.
