Our Solera Methode Ancestrale Chardonnay from Rancho Tepusquet is a truly special wine. It is inspired by one of our favorite Champagne producers from a Solera bottling his father started in 1986. Our rendition is made from a Solera aged Chardonnay that was established in 2014, that keeps growing with complexity each year.
