Classic Bourgogne Blanc, obvious touch of oak, about as much as you would expect from a Bourgogne Blanc. Fresh apple, pear and white flowers, a little tangerine zest and stony minerality. This wine is all hand harvested and aged in neutral oak for 12 months.
