Spontaneous fermentation, with very low sulphites, this wine is a nod in the natural and orange style of winemaking. Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Welschriesling make up the blend. This ‘living’ wine is appley, yeasty and fresh, with hints of rose and lychee. Sealed with a crown cap.
