This fresh and minerally Falanghina has brightness and rich aromatics of mandarin orange, ripe pear and floral notes thanks to the lush climate of Campania and the rich volcanic soils on the slopes of Roccamonfina. Made naturally but simply with native yeast and a 12 hour maceration on the skins this wine begs for fresh pasta primavera and lobster tails!
