Steve & Jill Matthiasson grow fruit specifically for their rosé. This means they keep the vines a little happier than for red wine, making plump juicy grapes and then harvest the fruit very early to ensure the wine is high toned, crisp and refreshing. All of the grapes come from the Windmill Vineyard and Hurley Vineyard, both of which are certified organic.
