A debut from Scott Schultz at Jolie Laide!

Often seen as a blending grape in Southern France to bring acidity to the sometimes fatter varieties but can scarcely be found as an iconic monovarietal cuveé like that of Chateau Prefert. Lean but balanced in textural weight, slight wax and lanolin, lemon curd, white nectarine, persimmon and spice with a ginger bite.
