Delicious, organically farmed, natural wine from 100 year old vines grown on volcanic soil in the heart of the Bio Bio Valley. A superbly fresh light-medium bodied red bursting with fruit. The grapes are 100% destemmed before spontaneous fermentation with indigineous yeasts. Undergoes cold maceration, and full malolactic fermentation resulting in a uniquely delectable palate.
