Fruity and floral on the nose with a quick attack of citric notes and a beautiful aromatic persistence. A silky and cool texture with salty notes, reminiscent of the sea breeze. Galets are the same round flat stones found in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Only a touch of sulfur is added at bottling to stabilize the wine.
