A dark and youthful Shiraz dominant blend, “Tikka”- named after the winery cat- explodes with black fruits, bramble, and peppery spice. Jauma comes to us from James Erskine, a pioneer of the “nothing added, nothing taken away” approach in Australia; all grapes organically farmed by Fiona Wood. This vintage is medium-bodied with a bright, high-tone surprising for Aussie Shiraz.
