A former somm from the Netherlands, Lisanne Van Son’s dream of making wine brought her to Noizay in 2017 where she bought a troglodyte cave. She searches for organic vineyards in the Loire and Alsace and handpicks grapes at harvest herself, then driving them back to make low intervention wine. This Chenin is fresh but rich and honeyed, with notes of green apple and pear.
