A Nielluciu and Grenache blend from sixth generation Corsican powerhouse, Thomas Santamaria. The La Boutanche series is a collaboration with Selection Massale to create affordable natural wines.

Vinifications are just as traditional, with native yeast fermentations in stainless steel. All wines are unfined and unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur at bottling.
