The beer pours a dark orange copper with a medium white head. It has medium carbonation. The beer smells of bourbon, spearmint, oak, and leather. It tastes tart, with apples, spearmint, leather, oak, and bourbon. The feel is medium full, but very drinkable. A great unique sour from Avery.
