Bourbon barrel aged dark chocolate and coffee truffle nose, with lingering caramel, fudge and vanillins. Taste is almost tiramisu like: vanilla, chocolate, coffee, all intermingled with soft bright oak, espresso, and fudge compliments. Feel is heavy, thick, syrupy, smooth and has more oak feel than taste.
