This is the perfect hot weather beer; it reminded me of a Pilsner mixed with a traditional Saison. It had peppery and funky Saison elements, but more subdued with lots of crisp Pilsner-y flavor. Make Hay took home a silver medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival. 8.2% ABV and layered with notes of tangerine peel & white peppercorn.
