A Mixed Fermentation Sour Ale brewed with wheat, rye and spelt aged in oak barrels. Complex aromas of wet hay, desert apple, oak, pineapple, underripe stone fruit and a hint of barnyard. More oak in the flavour lending a nice buttery note to the beer. Apple, hay and lemon notes compliment nicely. Medium body, light carbonation and no noticeable bitter.
