Phenomenal beer. Lots of depth and still refreshing and easy to drink. I've had a lot of Ale Apothecary beers and every time I go back to Sahalie I'm reminded just how good it is. This is an amazing flagship beer and one of their best. It really shows what's possible with the essential ingredients: malt, hops, yeast, and water.
