Another one of those "how have I not had this one yet" beers. Mostly clear bubbly gold with a white cap. Oak is the strong backbone of the smell and taste. Aromas of lemon, general citrus esters, wheat, flowers, white pepper, and brett. Taste is more focused on the citrus, flowers make a bolder stance. Feel is oak tart, fresh & springy. Nice new age wit.
