Yes, really - dry white Pinot Noir from Germany. Perhaps the most perfect summer white, ever, this drinks like Spanish Txakoli, with a light spritz lifting tangy stone and red cherry fruit and a salty, crushed seashell, finish. At 12.0% alcohol, we guess it was too ripe for Sekt, but it's mouthwatering, selzery, fun as beat-the-heat cooler. Seriously delicious and fun.
