Harvested by winemaker Lisanne by hand in Alsace; vinified in Noizay. This wine is a petillant naturel. Bottled during the alcoholic fermentation with 16 grams of sugar. The fermentation continued in the bottle and finished (mostly) dry after a couple of months. Delicate nose of tree fruits- vibrant acidity- clean and crisp palette. Fizzy and fun.
