Lush and lightly tactile on the palate from briefly macerating the grapes, this is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, with aromatics of sweet peaches and earth leading into flavors of pears, dried apples, and minerals. Made with organic grapes, and fermented in concrete with wild yeast.
