A rich, textured Chardonnay from grapes grown on a historical lieu-dit parcel of clay (glaise) and loam in Vrigny. This zero-zero experimental cuvée is vinified with native yeasts and no added sulfur or manipulation. Maceration on the skins in new barrel from Tonnellerie de Champagne gives this beautiful juice pristine stillness balanced with a mysterious, bottomless depth. Less than 1,000 bottles produced.
